Great article FDO!

I've tried e-books on the various Palm devices I've owned and I'm not convinced, Used Micro$oft Reader and scoured Gutenberg for free e-books. Maybe I'm  too old skool but I just love the smell and feel of a paperback book - the ultimate portable document!

What?? (The Thoughtful Author)

What is that look in your eyes there is that... I think that's... "thoughtful author" look! Yes! You've achieved the thoughtful author stare into the distance--with purpose!! Nice going. Next move to master is the wrinkled-forehead/thinking author!

Then... Blue Steel!

Yer boy.

Awww!

Well, aren't you just the nicest Junkie? Good thing the FDO™ has no ego, or flattery would go to his already swollen melon.

I was going for "I'm thinking of eviscerating you"

But hey, I guess I'll take "thoughtful author.' Wow, I'm just a few steps away from douchebag author "I'm looking slightly away from the camera with my chin on my hand because I'm thinking of the next most awesome culture-altering tome I shall write" look.

That look

I can see Thoughful Author and I can almost feel the eviseration.  But to me it screams, "Did I put on clean socks this morning?"

Increase that dose!  Double up on it, let's see if it does any good at all!

I have to agree with the FDO. He does have that "I'll gut you like a fish" going for him.....

Really? 1995 cabernet

This is his "thoughtful author"? To me it looks more like, "I'm sucking on a lemon." OR, the wonderfully writerly, "Hmmm... is this a 1995 cabernet or a 1997 that I'm tasting?"

Yeah, Scott can tell the difference!

LOL!

I'm sure he could tell the difference, but I think his preference would be Bud Light! FDO must have had a moment of whimsical insight from that look on his face. I was glad I captured it on film for all prosperity. :)

Old book smell gives me the creeps

Old book smells are for creepy library. That smell is from mold and dust (which is made of plain old dirt plus a lot of dead human skin, aside from a lot more unsavory things...bug carcasses for example). I think this line was on Bones last week. Body in a wine barrel....yummy.

But far better than Seth's "turn your head and cough" pic

Turn your head and cough!Look at the face in this picture. A little too excited to be giving physicals to the pre-teen boys, don't you think?

Seriously, dude, how many times did you work that collar combo before you got it "just so?"

Instead of the pad

He should have held a pipe. Still creepy, but not as creepy as him looking at his pad and thinking which of you
lucky young lads is up for prodding, ahem, for exam puposes that is? :p
By the way how did you get your collars to lay so nicely, I cant ever get mine to do that?
Wait is that even Seth? In that pose Seth looks like a Dept store mannequin? Is that Seth's stand in mannequin ?

Collar lay?

How did I lay that collar? Well, you know...

Actually the real answer is it took me 11 times to get it just right.
