Yes, the title of this episode of BLOODCAST is totally misleading. Well, it is sorta true. The world-famous Grammar Girl recently talked about cursing in books, when to remove the cursing and how to handle swear words in general. Her example? THE ROOKIE, and the changes from the potty-mouth version to the young adult version. This is the first time ever that Grammar Girl has been bleeped. If you're familiar with her work, it sounds hysterical. If you're not familiar with her, you're missing a very informative podcast. So no new fiction here, but it it's short and a lot of fun. Enjoy!

Great Short!!

That was so funny listening to Grammar Girl reading The Rookie. Such a gentle voice!

He'd obviously made the turn and was hurtling down that final straighaway to the void. His membership in the sentient being club permanently revoked.

I keep listening to it

And I keep laughing. That second stint where she's bleeped every fourth word? Killing me.

For sure

I just listened to it again and it was so much better the second time around!

I think she should read the next episode of The Crypt! I'd probably pee myself laughing!

GG is one of my favorite podcasts!

And hearing her read a string of bad words is great. Scott must have huge influence to sway GG like this!
